Facilities built with SIP'S

2020 Projects

We have done the research and development in bringing forth exceptional building material. Now we are focusing on implementing the technology and building methods for the general public and contractors around the world to use. We have started small on various projects in the Philippines where the SIP panels are produced. Here we can fine tune things and provide a service to local schools, the general public, local government and more. Below are a couple of projects we have done and are preparing many more in the near future.

Canmaya Diot High School, Sagbayan, Bohol

This is a  public high school with over 800 students. The school lacked a bathroom facility for the school's large population. SIPs were used to build a high-quality, energy-efficient, and disaster-resilient facility that promotes health, sanitation, and dignity for the youth.

Loon Elementary School, Bohol

This is a public elementary school with over 300 children; it has no bathroom facility on site. The children use the bathroom in the community.   SIPs were used to build a high-quality, energy-efficient and disaster-resilient facility that the children can access within the school site.

Office Space Bulacan

This is an office space constructed using SIPSs. It was built by a small crew who did not have any experience using these panels but achieved the desired outcomes of building an energy-efficient, cost-effective, economical and disaster-resilient facility in a few days.

Second Office Space  Bulacan

This is another facet of the office made with SIPs. This building system fits perfectly with the traditional installation of doors, windows, and roofing. There is a reduction of waste because each panel is made to fit for ease of construction and efficient workflow.
